Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating a variety of injuries, disabilities, and movement disorders. Physiotherapists can help you decrease pain, improve movement and increase strength. We recommend you book two to three follow up appointments in advance as time slots fill up quickly.
Massage Therapy
Massage therapy uses a variety of movements, pressures and techniques to manipulate muscles and other soft tissues in the body. It can be used to release stress and tension, improve circulation, provide relief from symptoms and support wellness. Massage therapy compliments physiotherapy well by relaxing the body and mind, which promotes better physical movement and function.
Please note, as of Jan 1 2024, GST will be added on top of, and not included in, all the posted massage rates.
Vestibular Rehab Therapy
Do you feel dizzy, like the room is spinning, or find yourself off balance when changing positions or moving your head? If so, you might have a vestibular problem. Did you know that vertigo and dizziness are different?
Our vestibular assessment helps diagnose the exact cause of your symptoms through eye movement checks, vertigo tests, motion sensitivity, and balance evaluations. Once diagnosed, we can create a personalized treatment plan that might involve exercises to improve balance and reduce dizziness. Sometimes, simple maneuvers can fix inner ear issues and resolve symptoms completely. Your therapist will identify the best treatment path during your assessment.
Pelvic Floor Therapy
Experiencing pelvic pain, incontinence, or discomfort during physical activities? Pelvic floor therapy might be the solution. It's designed for anyone with pelvic issues caused by childbirth, surgery, aging, or other factors.
Pelvic floor therapy uses exercises and techniques to strengthen the muscles that support the bladder, uterus, and rectum. This can improve bladder control, reduce pain, and boost your quality of life. We'll evaluate your condition and create a personalized treatment plan to meet your specific needs. Whether you're postpartum, recovering from surgery, or managing pelvic health, pelvic floor therapy can be a key part of your wellness journey.
